So, with this first post on my blog I am telling the world how excited I am to have been accepted into the Google Teacher Academy later this month! I will be traveling to California from Virginia (first time ever to CA). All I have heard are great things about GTA and I'm just super excited. I will try to post as often as possible on here about what I am doing and pics (though I think Google is pretty particular about pics inside the Googleplex). Anyone else going???

It was a great experience for sure. Looking forward to reading your take on it. They are pretty generous putting on an event like that as I am sure we Educators need them and their products more than they need us :)
